How We Charge

Thomas & Thomas believes that we should only charge our clients if we add value. For that reason we only charge a fee if we are able to negotiate a scheme of relocation, burial or removal that is satisfactory to our clients. In order for us to do the very best job that we can, we charge for each electricity pole that we negotiate to be removed or relocated. In the event that a client has already received a quotation for work to be carried out, we charge a percentage of any reduction that we are able to achieve in this quotation.

Our approach is that our clients should never be out of pocket during our negotiations. For that reason we do not even charge out-of-pocket expenses.
